Living Room

The living room is in a separate section of the house and is truly a formal living room. The sunken entrance and formal fireplace make it a special place to entertain your friends. Many newer homes have eliminated the living room so you will have something very unique.

Quiet, separate, luxurious.

Family Room

The front of the family room has ample space for a large screen TV to fit on the wall above or next to the fireplace.  You can watch TV, enjoy the fire or look outside to enjoy the view of the San Dieguito River and the ocean in the distance.

The back of the family room becomes the breakfast nook with the kitchen to the side.  This entire area should really be called the great room.
